The Hub’s concept and history
The Hub describes itself as a space created for people who take their work seriously. According to the founders, they decided to create the kind of space they had always dreamed of themselves: a bright, premium, modern environment where entrepreneurs, freelancers, startups, remote workers, creative people, investors and professionals from various fields would work together, get to know each other and grow. According to the company, the aim was to avoid both an overly corporate, cold environment and an overly dark, “hipster” one.
The Hub highlights three principles: “Community first,” “Radical flexibility” and “Substance over noise.”
According to the “About us” page, the idea emerged in November 2021: a hub for people interested in cryptocurrencies, tech specialists, real estate investors, entrepreneurs, content creators and designers. In December 2022, the company bought the premises, spent a year on renovation and officially opened in December 2023. According to the home page, The Hub has more than 500 members and 17 private offices, and according to the “About us” page, its members represent more than 30 nationalities.
Location and opening hours
The Hub has one space, at 12 Terenti Graneli St.; the company describes it as a space in central Tbilisi. According to the contact page, members have 24/7 access to the space.
Reception hours are given differently in different parts of the website: the contact page says Monday to Friday, 09:00-21:00, while the website footer says Monday to Wednesday, 09:00-21:00, and Thursday to Sunday, 09:00-18:00. So check the hours with the operator before your visit.

What a foreign founder should know
According to the contact page, you should contact management at a separate email address about private offices, legal addresses and virtual offices. The price of the legal address and virtual office is not published. In the membership comparison table, a legal business address is not ticked for the monthly plans, and for the annual plans the table gives no clear answer. So if you need an address to register a company, confirm the terms and price in advance.
According to The Hub, the space was created for entrepreneurs, freelancers, startups, remote workers, creative people, investors and professionals from various fields. The website offers shared desks to freelancers and remote workers, and private offices to teams of 1 to 20 people.
How to get started
The Hub offers a free tour of the space during which, according to the company, you will be shown all the spaces and plans. Use the reception email for Flex Desk, Fixed Desk and general questions, and the management email for private offices, legal addresses and virtual offices. The contact page also has a message form and a phone number.
