Who can open an account
According to the bank’s website, its accounts are designed for corporate and institutional clients that manage their finances across several jurisdictions. The bank does not offer personal accounts to individuals; for private banking (for founders and family offices), you can currently only join a waitlist.

How to open an account
The corporate account application is completed on the bank’s website, on the “Open Account” page, and according to the bank it takes less than 5 minutes. After you submit the application, the bank will contact you. The next steps (company checks, the identification procedure, whether you need to visit Tbilisi) are not described on the website.

Information you will need
In the application form, you provide:
- The company name and website
- The main country of registration
- The products you are interested in (accounts, digital assets, trading and exchange, treasury services)
- The contact person’s first and last name, job title and work email
An official document list is not published. According to the bank’s privacy policy, the bank collects the company’s registration details, ownership structure, tax numbers, identity details of its executives and authorized persons, and information on the source of funds.
Fees and charges
According to the prices published on the bank’s website, opening an account costs from 50 USD in the first package and from 500 USD in the second, with monthly maintenance from 5 USD and 100 USD respectively. The price of the third package is set individually. The price table is undated, so confirm the current price with the bank.
